Based on the vision and industry experience of Mr. Preyash Shah the following qualification criteria are recommended for key roles in the financial services and investment domain:
- Principal Officer (AIF): Master’s degree in any stream with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Branch Manager: MBA in any stream with strong communication skills.
- Regional Manager: MBA in any stream with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Compliance Officer: Must be a qualified Company Secretary with knowledge of SEBI, ROC, IFCA, and compliance filing across government bodies.
- Terminal Operator (Stock Market): Graduate in any stream with a cleared NISM Derivatives Certification Module.
Mr. Shah brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across manpower management, broking, and business development, and continues to contribute to building a smarter, compliant, and opportunity-driven workforce through OkayBoss.
Ronak Doshi
Mr. Ronak Doshi is a visionary leader who founded OkayBoss with the goal of simplifying compliance, HR, and business consulting for modern organizations. With years of experience as a strategic advisor, he also heads Ronak Doshi & Associates, offering tailored solutions for corporates across diverse industries.
His core objective is to support businesses in adapting to evolving statutory regulations and ensuring seamless operations. With a future-forward approach, Mr. Doshi focuses on:
- Compliance advisory for SEBI, ROC, IFCA, and other government bodies
- Strategic HR planning and manpower structuring
- Business model restructuring and startup guidance
- Industry-specific compliance frameworks for AIFs, NBFCs, Capital Markets, and EPC sectors

Jigar Saraiya
Mr. Jigar Saraiya brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise with hands-on experience in guiding businesses on compliance, finance, and taxation.
- Trainer Faculty at the State Government's MSME Department, specializing in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Marketing.
- Practicing Advocate in Corporate and Fiscal matters since 2014.
- Vast experience in handling Corporate Financial Matters, Compliance Management, and Internal Audits for medium and large-scale companies.
